‘An award-winning flexible workspace community is expanding its base in Liverpool, opening a second site to cater for demand within the city.

Avenue HQ has announced plans to open its third national workspace facility – a new site at St Paul’s Square, further catering for demand from the thriving business scene within Liverpool.

Set to open in early 2019, this new Liverpool location will provide the community with private offices varying in size, a range of event spaces and meeting rooms, as well as a coworking hub and hospitality venue. Situated over two floors and 23,000sq ft, the project is an ambitious expansion to add to their portfolio, which includes a workspace at Mann Island, as well as a recently opened workspace in Leeds.

Avenue HQ’s flagship building in Liverpool was named National Coworking Space of the Year at this year’s IPSE Awards – beating 7000 other spaces across the UK.

Matthew Kennedy, CEO of Avenue HQ said: “We are delighted that the success of our flagship site at Mann Island has enabled us to expand within Liverpool, and especially into such a beautiful building. Mann Island is at capacity, so to have a second facility in the centre of the commercial district will now allow us to bring many more people into the Avenue HQ community. Businesses in the city are embracing flexible working, and we are pleased to be at the heart of that.

“The nature of work is changing, and the culture at Avenue HQ is focused on providing our members with the best possible environment to ensure they get the most out of their working life. Our Mann Island site has enabled this for hundreds of businesses, and we look forward to this continuing at St Paul’s Square.”

As well as hot-desks, private offices and communal events, the building will bring a hospitality venue, catering for the thriving wider business scene around St Paul’s Square.’
