A hub in more ways than one; Kode Digital's move to Avenue HQ offices at Mann Island, Liverpool | Avenue HQ

We’re an expanding company and needed to find a new office space where we could continue to grow without being constrained by our surroundings. Having looked around the city, we just couldn’t find the right fit; everything was either too large, too small, too corporate or in desperate need of refurbishment; and then we found Avenue HQ.

It was six weeks before the opening that we came to visit Avenue HQ at Mann Island in Liverpool. Even with our hard hats on and the campus still under construction, we knew it was the place for us. The location and facilities are excellent; but it was the team’s ambition and enthusiasm to create a collaborative business environment that sealed the deal for us.

We opted for a private office instead of coworking, but our door is always open. The atmosphere here is so friendly and inclusive that the move was worth the networking opportunities alone. We never expected to secure so much business as a direct result of moving; and it’s the great community that Avenue HQ has cultivated we have to thank for that. The partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs has been a great addition too.

At Avenue HQ, all the usual barriers and limitations of traditional working environments are stripped away, so there’s absolutely no isolation. We’ve met up with some of Liverpool’s most prolific businesses, whose paths we may not have crossed elsewhere. Every day brings a new opportunity, and so it really is a hub in more ways than one.

Best of all, our own company culture has improved at Avenue HQ. We feel more at home and relaxed here because of the friendly atmosphere, which has improved our productivity and morale. I would not hesitate to recommend Avenue HQ to any business looking for a dynamic and flexible new workspace or office in the heart of Liverpool.
